The site management coordinates the smooth operation of the accommodation and is responsible for general administrative tasks. Together with you, we develop a concept for implementing operations, defining responsibilities, and establishing communication channels. Additionally, the site management serves as your point of contact for all matters related to the accommodation.
Our staff bring valuable knowledge of the political and social conditions in the most common countries of origin, as well as expertise in conflict resolution and mediation. Anti-discrimination and impartiality are embedded in our DNA.

Well-balanced food service.
We provide residents with breakfast, lunch, and dinner 365 days a year. We prioritise high-quality, healthy, and balanced nutrition. In terms of calorie content and composition, our meals comply with the recommendations of the German Nutrition Society (DGE). Special attention is given to fresh vegetables and fruit.
When selecting our meals, we take into account the cultural and religious backgrounds of our residents.

Potential for conflict exists not only among the various residents within an accommodation, but often also from outside. Attacks on refugees and their accommodations have been increasing for years. That is why protecting the residents is just as important a part of our service as ensuring law and order within the facility.
We work with you to develop a facility-specific security concept to enable peaceful coexistence of cultures. Close coordination with the relevant security authorities is, for us, a matter of course.

We maintain cleanliness in the accommodation.
While individual living areas are kept clean by the residents themselves, sanitary facilities and common areas should be cleaned regularly. We create a facility-specific hygiene plan for you and implement it accordingly. This also helps reduce the risk of infections within the facility.
We are also happy to involve residents in the regular upkeep taks of the accommodation.

Ensure social care.
Social care helps improve the living conditions of refugees and promotes their integration. We provide emotional support, assist in coping with traumatic experiences, mediate between different cultures, and facilitate access to education, healthcare, and social services. In doing so, we create social structures and a foundation for refugees to participate in community life.
